Positive: Well located (a few minutes walk to a number of trams) and quiet. Fairly cheap for the city. Wifi worked well.

Negative: Everything in the kitchen was dirty, so were several towels. Kitchen was basic, with no toaster. No large towels.

Summary: Affordable and quiet stay. Well connected, but could be cleaner.
