Hallo und herzlich willkommen bei uns in Halle! Die 45qm-Wohnung wurde komplett renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Das Highlight ist die toll ausgestattete Wohnküche und das helle Schlafzimmer mit 1,60m Boxspringbett. Außerdem gibt es im Wohnbereich ein Bettsofa, das sich bei Bedarf für zwei Personen ausfahren lässt.
The Space:
Wir haben uns bemüht, den praktischen 2-Raum-Schnitt optimal zu nutzen und der Wohnung einen positiven Vibe zu verpassen. Bei der Einrichtung setzen wir auf einen gehobenen IKEA-Standard mit vielen Holztönen, die der Wohnung eine gemütliche "Zu-Hause-Feeling" verschaffen. Besonders das Schlafzimmer hat eine sehr friedlich-gemütliche Atmosphäre. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einer Nescafé-Maschine, Kühlschrank, Herdplatten und einem Backofen. Das kleine Badezimmer ist schick und praktisch mit Dusche ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung liegt im angesagten Paulusviertel im Norden der Innenstadt. Ein Edeka Supermarkt und Bahnstation sind direkt in der Nähe. Außerdem gibt es zahlreiche süße Cafés und verschiedene Restaurants. Die Wohnung liegt in der 2. Etage in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße.
Getting Around:
Öffentliche Parkplätze stehen an der Straße vor dem Haus und in allen umliegenden Nebenstraßen kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Die Verfügbarkeit kann nicht garantiert werden, in der Regel findet man aber immer etwas in der Nähe. Mit der Straßenbahn kommt man in 10min in die Innenstadt.
