A fireplace on the ground floor invites you to linger comfortably even in cloudy weather. The high quality and fully equipped kitchen connects to the dining area, separated by a glass counter. The ground floor plan is designed so that the entire living / cooking / dining area is bright and flooded with light. The house has a corner terrace that is oriented to the south and west and thus allows you to linger in the sunshine at any time.
