Please park curbside in front of the house. One car per guest. Driveway is not available.

To keep our home clean and comfortable for everyone, please remove your outdoor footwear upon entering and place them on the shoe rack. (Feel free to bring your own clean indoor slippers!)

🍀VISITORS:
- To ensure fairness and maintain a comfortable environment for all guests, the following visitor fees apply:
a. $15/day per guest, for visits over 15 minutes.
b. $30/day per guest, for stays over 1 hour or overnight (until 11 AM the next day).
- These charges aim to regulate visits and maintain a peaceful atmosphere, not for profit. Your understanding is appreciated.
Please notify us in advance of any visitors, as well as payment of these fees prior to their arrival.

Each guest is assigned
- a numbered cabinet.

🍀 STORAGE & PERSONAL BELONGINGS:
Please keep personal items inside your room. Do not leave anything in shared areas (living room, kitchen), except inside your assigned kitchen cabinet.

• We provide 4 rolls of toilet paper at check in. After that, guests are kindly asked to purchase their own.
Please note that laundry detergent and personal bath products are not provided.

Pets of any kind are not permitted on the premises. Unapproved pets will result in the immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
🍀LIGHTS:
Common area lights will automatically turn off within 1-10 minutes, depending on the specific area. Please turn them back on if needed.
🍀QUIET HOURS:
To ensure a peaceful environment for all, we kindly request that you observe quiet hours from 9PM to 7AM. During these times, please keep TV volumes low and avoid excessive noise.
🍀MAILBOX:
- Personal Mail: Please refrain from having personal mail (letters, government documents, or bank statements) sent to this address.
We highly recommend renting a local P.O. Box or mailbox service for your convenience.
- Packages: Standard shopping deliveries and packages (Amazon, FedEx, UPS, etc.) are perfectly fine to be delivered here during your stay!
