Summary: At check in guy was too busy on his phone to acknowledge us. Then couldn’t find the reservation. Kept asking my name as though the spelling would have changed since the first time a gave it. Eventually someone else showed up from break and could it straight away so he said to her you deal with it then. Room was ok. Even with the heating on full, it didn’t get very warm.
