Carlsberg is a quiet village on the edge of the Palatinate Forest, but the proximity to the highway (5 km) can be reached in 30-40 minutes, the cities of Mannheim, Ludwigshafen and Kaiserslautern with numerous opportunities for going out and shopping. Also in half an hour you reach the German Wine Route, a beautiful recreational area with some sights and picturesque places. The apartment is located directly on the forest with charming hiking trails and a small game park with a small Wildparkstübel (open on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). In about 300-350 meters away you will find the restaurant "Zum Kamin" with delicious culinary specialties from the Palatinate but also seasonal changing dishes, as well as a pharmacy, a bakery, a hairdresser and a thrift store with post office.
