Bungalow with three rooms plus kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet all on 60 m².
The house was newly renovated 2016-2017.
Parking in front of the house. A dog is welcome,
(no cats or other pets).
The plot about 1200 m² is not fenced.
We renounce WLAN to avoid disturbances of the hoped-for recovery.
The kitchen (new) is equipped with fridge (freezer), oven and microwave. In addition, there is a coffee machine, a kettle and an egg cooker.
The loop with swimming is only about 300 meters away.
