Kötschach is only 15 kilometers from the Italian border and has a wonderful climate. Our house is built in a sunny spot next to the slopes.
In winter you can ski home from the slopes!
In our house you will find a lot of documentation about all the sights in the neighborhood.
You don't have to travel far for this, because there is plenty to see and experience in the immediate surroundings of Kötschach.
There is a range of options for the sporty types. Mountain biking, cycling, hiking, cross-country skiing, skiing, snowboarding, abseiling, mountain climbing, rafting, kayaking, canoeing and much more.
Just a 3-minute walk away you will find a delightful subtropical Aquarena swimming pool with indoor pool, outdoor pool, jacuzzi, water slide, sauna, solarium, massage.
Enjoy in the summer but also in the winter after a day of skiing!
