We offer a nicely furnished Ferienereihenhaus with south terrace (about 65 sqm) for max. 6 people near the beach (about 500 m), quiet location (dead end) in the beautiful seaside resort Dahme.
The holiday townhouse has 2 separate bedrooms on the 1st floor. Each with 2 beds, in one bedroom a double bed in the other bedroom 2 single beds each 2 m long.
The delivery of a guest bed for an older child or a travel cot and a high chair is free of charge.
The ground floor is the living room with south-facing terrace. Here there is a sofa bed (mattress 1.60 mx 2 m), satellite TV 43 inches, a dining area in front of the kitchenette (kitchen open to the living room). The kitchen has an extractor hood, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, blender, and dishes.
The normal occupancy up to 4 pers. is best suited for our holiday town house. The sleep couch we bought, so that also families with 3 or 4 older children can rent our house. The occupancy of 6 adults, we would recommend only for short breaks, but of course every guest can decide for themselves.
Wi-Fi is free. Video games and youtube movies are not allowed due to the limited amount of data.
The shower room with window is also on the ground floor. Here is a coin-operated washing machine. A clothesline is in the garden.
It is possible to bring up to 2 dogs for a surcharge.
We have fences installed between the terraces so that your dog can move around without a leash. On the rest of the property, each dog must be supervised by a short leash.
Bicycle parking is available in the garden. A car parking space is included with the booking.
Garden furniture is available for the south-facing terrace.
On our property there is a playground (sandpit, slide, swings) and a barbecue area with stone barbecue.
Bed linen and towels are only bookable as a package for an extra charge.
The cleaning of the dishes, kitchen appliances and the grill for the garden fireplace is not part of the final cleaning and is up to the guest.
Consumables, such as toilet paper, garbage bags, cleaning agents, spices, etc. are not included in the scope of supply.
