Beuren ist ein Teilort der Großgemeinde Salem, das hauptsächlich durch Schloß/Schloßschule Salem und den Affenberg bekannt ist. Salem liegt 15 KM vom Bodensee entfernt und bietet zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort oder in näherer Umgebung wie z.B. Museen, Schlösser, Naturerlebnisbad (Gratis), Therme und Hallenbad, zahlreiche Rad- und Wanderwege, Kletterpark, Golfplatz usw. Desweitern befinden sich im Erdgeschoss ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche, ein Kofferabstellraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, sowie ein Spielzimmer mit Tischkicker. Vor dem Haus ist genügend Platz für Tischtennis, Federball, Trampolin springen, schaukeln, rutschen und sandeln für die Kleinen. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein großes Wohnzimmer mit großem Flachbildschirm, kuscheligem Sofa und bequemem Lesedivan. Der Zugang zum großen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit und Liegestühlen ist selbstverständlich. Zwei stilvoll eingerichte Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, eines davon mit Kinderbett im davor liegendem Ankleidezimmer, sorgen für die angenehme Nachtruhe. Das Kinderzimmer ist mit 2 Einzelbetten und diversen Spielmöglichkeiten ausgestattet, ein TV ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das lässt auch die kleinen Gäste strahlen. Alle Zimmer sind mindestens mit einem Insektenschutz ausgestattet. An der Treppe im oberen Flur ist ein Treppenschutzgitter angebracht. Ein WC mit Bidet und Waschbecken befindet sich ebenfalls noch im Obergeschoss. Die ringsum gepflegte Anlage mit 2 Stellplätzen direkt am Haus freut sich auf seine Gäste.
