Underfloor heating in the basement ensures pleasant floor heating. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine and microwave leaves nothing to be desired.

The house is particularly child-friendly furnishings: There is a beautiful play area with age-appropriate toys, a stair gate, a travel cot, a highchair, a children's bench in the bathroom, clothes hacks in the hall at a child's height in the house.
