The vacation property is a semi-detached house and a double garage separates your half from the other. Due to the road into a forest, there is not much traffic here. Across from the house is the house's own playground with swings and a ball field for playing soccer or badminton. The rear part of the property is bordered by the Our. Because of the hillside location, you enter the property on the front at ground level, but from the living room on the same level you get directly to the balcony.

The kitchen, spacious bathroom and two large bedrooms are also on this level. At the front you have a terrace, and at the back a lawn extends down to the river. Through the basement there is a connection to the other half of the house. Both halves can share the table tennis table and the washing machine in the basement. The WLAN connection is not suitable for downloading large files. Welchenhausen is located near the border triangle of Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg and is a very quiet village in the middle of a beautiful nature area. Here you will find the smallest museum in the world with changing exhibitions. Very good hiking possibilities directly in front of the door. Nearby are the castle ruins of Reuland Castle (Belgium) and the bathing lakes in Weiswampach (Luxembourg), where you can also go shopping. Tip: the beautiful bathing and sauna paradise in Hosingen (Luxembourg).
