As soon as you enter, you are greeted by a bright and spacious living room, characterised by an open-space design that harmoniously integrates the living area and the kitchen. The sofa offers a comfortable space to relax, while the dining table for two is perfect for intimate lunches and dinners. The kitchen is equipped and complete with the latest appliances in the highest energy class (dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and refrigerator).

A large window overlooks the surrounding garden, offering a relaxing view and a feeling of continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces. Going up to the mezzanine, you will find a large double bed where you can rest during your nights.

The bathroom has a modern shower and bidet, while the laundry room with washer-dryer allows you to comfortably manage your clothes during your stay.

The entire house is air-conditioned to ensure maximum comfort in every season.

The garden is an oasis of tranquillity, with a patio furnished with comfortable deckchairs and a table for two people, ideal for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun or romantic dinners under the stars.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

By car: From the motorway exit A59 Provincia di Como follow the GPS for about 30 minutes, you will then be on the Strada Provinciale 43, drive along it for about 4 min (2.5km) and you will arrive at the apartment.

By public transport: Arriving at the station Como S. Giovanni take the bus C31 direction Como - S. Rocchetto for 31 min and get off at the stop Molina-Vigna, from there in about 5 minutes walk you will be in front of the apartment.
