The house is located in a quiet cottage area right on the edge of the forest. It is only a few minutes to the well-kept bathing beach, no matter on foot, by bike or by car. On the beach you can also rent motor boats, paddle boats and pedal boats without a license. Here you can also dine in the restaurant with a view of the lake or linger in the cocktail bar. Bicycle rental and a bread service are also offered. Our house is new and comfortably furnished. The living room is equipped with a large corner couch as well as a relaxing rocking chair and a coffee table. We have a TV and a radio with CD drive. The kitchen furniture and the refrigerator are brand new. You will find a coffee machine, toaster, kettle and a 2 burner stove with oven.
The bedroom is also newly furnished with a double bed and a bunk bed. The bed linen is always included. The bathroom with walk-in shower is also completely new. The entire house is heated with electric radiators. On the terrace you will also find new garden furniture, a large parasol, a charcoal grill and a wood stove. For our little guests we have a sandpit with sand toys. On request, bicycles can be delivered directly to the house via a bicycle rental service. The dog beach is only 5 minutes away by car at the Seeluster Bay. At 2 beach kiosks you can buy food and drink. There you also have the option of taking off by seaplane
