Der Zugang zur Unterkunft erfolgt über einen separaten Zugang mit Parkplatz, so dass eine Unabhängigkeit vom Vermieter gegeben ist. Ebenso ist sie auch von vorn über den Haupteingang und das großzügige Grundstück begehbar auf dem es außerdem einen Kinderspielplatz gibt, sowie eine Sauna gibt.
