My area is mostly a quiet place. You can sleep with the window open at night. Very nice that there is something so quiet in the middle of the city.
You can park on the public street in front of the house. You can usually find a parking space close by. A bus station is about 150 meters and the tram stop is 600 meters away from the Apartment.
