Upon making my reservation, I specifically booked a family room to accommodate my needs. However, upon my arrival, I was assigned a single room instead. This was not only unexpected but highly inconvenient, as it did not meet the needs of my family during our stay. I had assumed that my reservation details were clear, and I would receive the appropriate room type.
Additionally, I faced difficulties regarding parking. The lack of a proper parking space added to my frustration and made my experience even less enjoyable. It was disappointing that such basic expectations were not met during my stay.

Summary: Its a very good budget option in the vicinity of the Ardennes and the Ruhr. Only slightly negative feature is it has some traffic noise in the rooms .If you are prone to that maybe take the other hotel 300 meter earlier from same owner.

Summary: My experience was okay at this hotel. I did not read the fine print on the email that said check in was only until 22.00. We arrived after 23.00 and had to call the owner and he had to send someone to check us in. It would have been simpler if they just sent me the pin to get the keys to check in.
Once we got to the room it was a third floor room without a fan or air conditioning during a heat wave. Also the water was off in the hotel until the morning.
But the hotel is very clean and a comfy bed and great shower.

Summary: On our trip to visit friends across Germany we booked this hotel because of the incredible low price per night. Much to our surprise it turned out to be a very new, modern hotel with excellent facilities and daily room service including new towels without question. According to our request, we had a quiet room and have not been disturbed at all during lazy, sleep-in mornings. Also, parking is
provided free around the hotel. Apparently a small breakfast was available, which we did not try
due to our late nights with friends.
