Our 85 sqm apartment is on two levels on the top floor of a beautiful old villa with wonderful old wooden floors, in Mainz-Kostheim. Historically and technically closely connected to Mainz and directly on the banks of the Rhine, Kostheim is still in the administrative area of the spa town of Wiesbaden and therefore has a share in the cultural offerings of two state capitals.
The new kitchen is fully equipped, you will find a Nespresso machine, milk frother, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, ceramic hob, oven and a spacious fridge with freezer.
