In the first week of October, the spectacular Festa della Marineria takes place with historic watercraft. Every year in August, the famous local event "Pitei cantina" is celebrated, where it is possible to taste traditional specialities in the town's various wine cellars. From Pitelli, a hiking trail (11 km) leads to the picturesque village of San Terenzo.
