The farm is located at over 900 meters above sea level and borders fields with beautiful hiking trails. Only 9 km from Villingen-Schwenningen, 19 km from Titisee-Neustadt and 10 km from Triberg, you have numerous options for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, climbing, wellness in the nearby thermal baths, swimming in the lake, forest bathing and fruit picking. In winter, you can go snowshoeing, skiing, cross-country skiing and sledding in Unterkirnach.
The modern apartment, about 85 sqm, accommodates up to 5 people: one bedroom with a double bed and large wardrobe, another bedroom with a double bed, single bed and large wardrobe, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a spacious, open living, dining and kitchen area with high-quality kitchen, coffee machine and induction hob.
