Very nice location, only 5 minutes to the lake, and about 10 minutes to the district Holsterhausen. Here you will find all the shops of fashion on food, drugstores, doctors and pharmacies. No pets. Assembly teams only on prior request and for a maximum of 2 persons.

The living room as well as the other rooms are very comfortable and lovingly furnished. The living room has high quality and tasteful, some new furniture, in which one can feel comfortable. Through the large picture window you look into the green and on a park. Immediately behind is the Blue Lake. Great circuit for jogging.
