Luxuriously on the 1st floor with south west balcony, elevator, 2 bedrooms, parking space. It extends over 93 square meters of living space with a large, covered south-west balcony and is equipped for 4 people. Very spacious living-dining area and design kitchen with island. The Miele kitchen itself is very well equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and plenty of dishes, etc.
The apartment has parquet and tiled floors and is therefore allergy-friendly. Thanks to the elevator and the barrier-free design, the apartment is also suitable for people with disabilities.
