The Tabarani Houses are located on a hill in the great valley of the river Imera in a panoramic position that allows you to have a vast view from Monte Pellegrino of Palermo to the highest peaks of the Madonie. Next to the mill is the manger, intact, where the mule or donkey, who rotated the mill, took his fodder. In front of the presses there are the pits where the vats were placed in which the mixture of water and oil was collected, which then, due to the different density, separated into the two components.
The kitchen allows you to taste typical recipes of Madonie, in some months of the year with vegetables from the garden or growing spontaneously in the surrounding countryside, and with the company's meat and with products from associated or nearby companies.
