Positive: We arrived at night, and the self-check-in process was really smooth! Even though our bedroom was on the ground floor and right next to reception, it was really quiet, and if there were guests coming in and out, we couldn't hear them. We found the location very convenient - and despite not being in the centre, there were bars and restaurants nearby for a drink and some food. The hostel gives you a railway card that allows you to move around Interlaken during your stay. The buffet breakfast was varied and better than expected, and you can use their kitchen all day.

Negative: The room had very limited wardrobe/closet storage space. We were only there for one night, so it wasn't a big deal for us. The curtains were quite thin, and there were no blinds, so as soon as the sun rises, you get light in the bedroom.
