The house has beautiful views toward the southern penensula and whales are common both Orcas and Humpback whales can be spotted just a 100 meters from the house. The south penensula is known for its geothermal activity with many geysers and lava rock formations. Winter brings Norhern Lights and 5 min drive, on the southern tip of the penensula, 5 min drive, is the most popular sight for viewing the phenomena.
Historical down town Keflavík is in the city center and walking distance from shops, boutiques, pubs, restaurants and museums. There is a 25 min. drive to the Blue Lagoon and 40 min to Reykjavík.
