The Villa Regenbogen is a simple and functional but cozy apartment with charm.
The apartment is part of our beautiful and listed horse farm, but is located in a separate building, so you are completely alone. The apartment is located above our horses-open stable, from the living room window you look at the mooring of the horses, the year-round running of the horses and their paddocks. For people with a heart for animals a very special atmosphere.
The apartment is furnished with a large double bed and wardrobe in the bedroom. Attached to the bedroom is the bathroom.
The living area has a large sofa that can be used as a sofa bed. In the apartment there is free Wi-Fi. There is a simple kitchenette with a fridge, 2 cooking hobs, an electric kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster, as well as a set of dishes and kitchenware.
Part of our facility is a large and fenced garden, which you are welcome to use at your whim. There you will find in summer a garden table with garden chairs and a barbecue.
Right next door there is a small children's playground. Adjacent to our property begin the meadows and forests. The house is on the edge of the village.
The windows give a view of the green and the sunset.

The apartment is elevated, it is accessed via a relatively steep staircase with about 15 steps, so unfortunately it is not suitable for people and animals with a physical handicap, since there is no second or ground floor access to the apartment.
The apartment is a Non smoking apartment, as well as due to the hay and straw storage smoking is strictly prohibited on the entire site. In front of the gate, however, there is an ashtray available.
You have the opportunity to bring your horse. We have very large guest boxes. The price for this is 20 euros per night and horse. We put hay and straw. Provide and crap on your own. You are welcome to use our riding hall.
