The space
Villa Andrea is a three level 650 sq. mr. (7000 sq. ft.) Liberty period (art Nouveau) residence, circa of 1900 s, recently renovated, perched on a 2500 sq. mr. (0.6 acre) beautiful cascading private park with numerous paths winding between centuries old magnolias, palms, banana and maple trees . The gated property contains the main villa, an outdoor pool and plenty of parking space for multiple cars.
In the basement there is the tavern, consisting of a large living room with fireplace and kitchen, fitness room with bathroom, large laundry and ironing room and various technical rooms. On the ground floor there is a large living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom. In addition there is a suite consisting of two bedrooms and a bathroom. A large staircase in fine marble leads to the upper floor. On the first floor two bedrooms with respective two bathrooms. There is also a two-room suite with bathroom. Various terraces, bay window, lake view and mountains. Three separate entrances.
Guest access
Guests may enjoy Villa s entire park. Outdoor pool can be enjoyed during summer months. The Villa offers multiple parking spaces, on its driveway, inside its gated park. Guests may enjoy the entire interior of the Villa, with the exception of an indoor sauna and pool, in the basement, which are NOT for guest use.
