The beach is only a few minutes walk away and the Ostseeklinik Holm is in the immediate vicinity. At the beginning of 2010 the apartment was completely renovated, a new bathroom, a new kitchen installed and provided with new high quality furniture. 2014 was then again a partial renovation.
Why scratch your back on vacation on a sofa bed when you can use in this apartment either the two single beds with high quality mattresses and bed frames in the bedroom or the equally high quality Murphy bed in the combined living room / bedroom. The Murphy bed consists of 2 mattresses, each with its own slatted frames, so that there is no annoying rocking when the partner turns around, no bothersome back in the morning like a sleep coach, but just fold up the wall bed and you're done. Furthermore, the apartment has a spacious bathroom with toilet, sink and shower cabin and central heating and hair dryer. The kitchenette has a sink, 2 hotplates, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave. The combined living room / bedroom has the described Murphy bed, a large dining table with four chairs, and a cozy couch and a chair to relax. You can access the internet via WLAN for free in the apartment, provided that your brought-along device has WLAN. Balcony furniture is available on the spacious, east-facing loggia. The loggia is fully glazed, so you can use the balcony in any weather. And if you want to enjoy the pure air, just slide two of the four large window elements to the side and have an open balcony. The bedroom has the described two single beds and a spacious wardrobe. Of course, you can use a large parking lot next to the apartment building free of charge.
