Other things to note
If you check out late without 24 hours notice and approval, you will be charged an additional $50 per hour. We need to approve all late check outs as to not interfere with cleaning time and next guest’s check in time.
If a guest is scheduled to check in the same day as your check out, and you check out late without the aforementioned approval, you will be charged for an additional day plus the $50 an hour fee for inconvenience and asked to leave immediately
