The space
Enjoy a peaceful and private drive as you travel a half-mile up a gravel road, winding through the woods to your retreat.
Your Waterfall Retreat is located on the lower two floors of our spacious, scenic round house and is designed for comfort, relaxation, and time away with family or friends. This listing is for a combination of BOTH our Waterfall Walkout, AND the Overlook Suite.
This combination includes:
• Hot tub for year-round relaxation
• Seasonal outdoor pool (open May–September)
• Views of, and access to, our beautiful Creekrock Falls! [This is a peaceful waterfall that is handcrafted from creek rocks sourced here on our property, and brings so much beauty and peace right to your doorstep!]
• Private entrances and outdoor living areas for both the Overlook Suite, AND the Waterfall Walkout
• Multiple sleeping arrangements across the units, including 4 queen-size beds, 2 king-sized beds, and a full!
• Large, comfortable living areas, and multiple dining areas!
• 3 flat-screen smart TVs throughout to choose from, a large DVD collection, and WIFI provided
• Two kitchens: one in each unit. Both are fully equipped with all of your essentials, though the Overlook kitchen is more of a kitchenette and does not have an oven or dishwasher. Those amenities *are* however provided in the larger Waterfall Walkout unit!
• Three full bathrooms in total, featuring a tub/shower combo in one, and two walk-in showers in the other two.
• Screened-in porch for relaxing in any weather
• Outdoor fire pit out by the treehouse, perfect for evenings and s’mores
• Washer and dryer for guest convenience
• Outdoor grill
• Recreational space including hiking trails, natural creek to explore, basketball hoop, volleyball net upon request, and more.
Settle into a serene, nature-filled setting designed for rest, connection, and making memories with the people who matter most.
Guest access
Guests have a private parking space and additional space if needed in the main driveway is available also.
Guest have their own yard and private entrance.
All our guests have full seasonal access to our family's pool and hot tub a few steps from your rental.
You will have access to the full apartment area, outside swimming, walks and hiking.
Other things to note
Please note:
• Our family occupies the top floor of this house. We are respectful of our guests and try our best to give them privacy and trust while on the premise.
• Cell phone service works great for AT&T. Verizon has fair service, others may or may not work. but we have great Wifi and wifi calling and texting is fine! There is also a landline if needed.
• amenities have common age limits and rules and restrictions. Although we try our best to have these amenities available, some require regular maintenance which may limit or prevent the use of them. Wavers may be required upon arrival for the use of certain amenities.
The home is being updated constantly and we are always improving the place so the pictures may not be up to date on how cute things are!
