Summary: The check in process took a while. There was a line of people and only 1 person checking people in. a very nice gentlemen that was vry friendly. While a woman stood next to the check in clerk doing something on the computer and never raised her head to help a customer in the 20 minutes I stood in line and there was 1 person ahead of me and at least 6 people behind me waiting in line. Then we went to the restaurant/bar area for some quick bites. it was 4:00pm and our wedding reception was at 6:00. We sat and waited for at least 20 minutes until I finally asked the hostess if someone could help us again and she said there was only 1 server/bartender and it would take some time. After that ,a very nice gentlemen who was not a server came over to help us and took our order. I assume he was a manager of some sort. I did not understand why on a Friday afternoon when everyone is checking in for the weekends . Weddings all over, why was there no help? It seemed more like a scheduling problem than a staffing issue. The valet , bell hop were all outstanding and accommodating. The room was ok felt a little tired but was clean. The rugs in the restaurant area looked soiled or maybe it was a shadowing in the rug I really could not tell so I did not think that was a good thing. We had breakfast in the morning and had an outstanding server , her name was Quinn. So nice and a wonderful warm welcoming smile and demeanor.
