This is our dream home and property, and we’re excited to share it with our guests. Newly built in 2026, our beautiful 3,500+ sq. ft. mountain home comfortably sleeps 14+ guests and sits on nearly 50 private acres in the mountains of Western North Carolina.
What makes this property truly special is everything that surrounds the home. The Big Hungry River flows through the property, along with a beautiful mountain stream featuring waterfalls and natural swimming holes. We also have a private stocked trout pond where guests can fish—catch and release only, please, so everyone can enjoy it.
There are trails throughout the property for walking, hiking and exploring. For those who love the outdoors, you could spend your entire stay enjoying the property without ever wanting to leave.
Wildlife is everywhere. Depending on the season, you may see deer and other mountain wildlife, along with an incredible variety of birds and hummingbirds. Fruit trees, flowers and natural mountain scenery are found throughout the property.
We have multiple fire pits where family and friends can gather in the evenings. One of our favorite things about being here is simply sitting outside, enjoying the cool mountain air and listening to the river and flowing water. At night, the peaceful sounds of the water make this an incredible place to relax and sleep.
Inside, the brand-new home offers more than 3,500 square feet with plenty of room for large families and groups to be together without feeling crowded. Spacious living and gathering areas make it easy to enjoy meals, spend time together and relax after a day exploring the property.
This is a wonderful destination for family vacations, reunions, couples traveling together, honeymoons and peaceful retreats. You’ll have tremendous privacy and nearly 50 acres to enjoy, while still having us just a text away if you need anything during your stay.
