Our house was completed in July 2011 and even more comfortable renovated this year. On the first floor the apartment is with a special flair for 4 (maximum 5) persons. From here you can enjoy the magnificent view of the lake and the nature. Wide range of leisure activities and events in almost untouched nature offer a first class in every season change, peace and relaxation. Children have to find enough space and freedom new.
The very comfortably equipped studio-like apartment has a floor area of 110 sqm. It consists of a spacious living area with flat screen TV, a dining area with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms with water beds and a bathroom (12.5 sq m) with bath, large shower and toilet. The 13m wide, almost continuously glazed, living / dining area opens to the seaside for a two-meter-wide, equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture balcony. From the bedrooms you can on a south-facing balcony (8 x 1.5 m) step out and up in the morning to catch the first rays of sun. It is also possible to share of approximately 3000 sqm garden including a small beach and lakeside terrace space. Garden furniture and loungers are available. The car park and brought sports equipment is on the fenced property. A large rowboat allows both the trip with the family on the lake and fishing.
