Positive: I treated myself to an early birthday solo trip and will definitely return with my husband and dogs. The experience was fantastic, especially the spa area with fitness facilities and the pool, the lovely walk to the nearby lake, and the wonderful staff at dinner. The overall ambiance, including the room and the castle lounge met my expectations. It’s a place where you can relax, stay active, and feel truly cared for. It's a fairly large hotel, but you still feel like there's plenty of privacy.

Negative: Considering the overall experience, upgrading the worn furniture in the room and providing a kettle would be a welcome improvement.

Summary: Warm hospitality and a relaxing, rejuvenating stay.
