In unmittelbarer Nähe stehen euch sämtliche Einrichtungen des täglichen Bedarfs zur Verfügung: Bäckerei, DM, Norma, Edeka, Pizzeria, Aral-Tankstelle etc. Die Bushaltestelle des städtischen Stadtbusses ist nur 100 m entfernt und fährt im halbstündlichen Takt. Der Laufweg zur Promenade bzw. zum Ostbad beträgt ca. 15-20 Minuten. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz kann nur benutzt werden, wenn die Fahrzeughöhe von 1,70 m nicht überschritten wird, ideal für Kleinwagen. Alle Gäste werden von mir bei der Stadt Überlingen angemeldet (kommunales Meldegesetz). Die Kurtaxe der Stadt Überlingen kommt noch hinzu und wird direkt bei der Anreise in bar bei mir bezahlt.
