We rent in Alt St. on the sunny southern slope with a wonderful view Johann a beautiful, renovated 3-room apartment for 4 people in a 2-family house. The house is in a quiet, sunny location at the western entrance to the village. 800m from the village center and within walking distance you will find shops, restaurants, the valley station of the mountain railways.
The newly renovated apartment is partly built with wood on the inside and outside and offers a wonderful view of the Churfirsten. The best way to enjoy this view is on the large sun terrace in a deck chair. Of course, the wooden grill can also be used.
The children are happy about the sandpit, the slide, discoveries and adventures in the private forest above the house.
The house is the starting point for many hikes and final discoveries of the Toggenburg.
Your apartment is on the ground floor: the children's room with bunk beds, the parents' room with double bed, are equipped with spacious closets. The living room with a cozy fireplace, sofa group and dining table is connected to the open kitchen.The kitchen is equipped with a 4-plate ceramic stove, oven, washing-up machine, fridge with freezer compartment and enough cupboards and drawers. The bathroom contains the toilet, sink and shower. The apartment is heated with an electric storage heater, the living room and the kitchen warms a pleasant floor heating. A washing machine and dryer are available in the entrance area. The shoe dryer dries and warms your shoes for the next day.
The rental price includes: Wi-Fi; 1 parking space; Kitchen towels; bedding; Terry towels, tourist taxes, electricity, wood. The only additional costs: final cleaning CHF 100.-
