In the beautiful SÜDWIND apartment (60m²) you will find two bedrooms. One bedroom has two comfortable beds (1.60 m each) and one bedroom has a king-size box-spring bed for restful nights. In the kitchen there is a large, high-quality and comfortable dining area for cozy get-togethers. The kitchen is very well equipped with a fridge incl. freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, stove and oven, toaster and sink. The bathroom has a bathtub where you can also take a shower. The small balcony overlooks our garden.

Our home, constructed in 1899, is situated on a lively street in a quaint village. On the ground floor, you will find the Südwind apartment along with another apartment. We are a young family that has fully renovated all the living spaces, equipping them with underfloor heating and new windows.
We harness solar energy to generate our own electricity and hot water. Additionally, you can conveniently charge your electric vehicle at our dedicated charging station, located right in front of the house in your designated parking spot.
