The chalet offers a spacious living area with an open fully equipped modern kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor, on the first floor there are 4 bedrooms and another bathroom with a sauna and a luxury shower. The chalet also has storage space for skis as well as a wooden terrace and a balcony.
The chalet is about 200 m from the center and the ski lift. The area is beautiful for hiking and cycling. The Sonnberg lifts – Wald am Schoberpass are 14.2 km away, the Stadtwald lift – Rottenmann 13 km. Summer is best known for the many lakes, thermal baths and the impressive Hohe Tauern mountain range. The more than 200 days of sunshine per year and the snow-sure ski area make this area a perfect holiday region at any time of the year.
The ski lift to the well-known and traditional family ski area Ski Hohentauern with 11 kilometers of slopes is only 300m away and various hiking trails are right on the doorstep. In every season, the chalet and the immediate surroundings offer you and your family the opportunity to enjoy an active and relaxing holiday.
