Our cottage opens up over two floors with a floor space of 80sqm. The house is completely redecorated with great attention to detail and radiates with modern and very high quality equipment.
In the lower area there are the shower room, the kitchen and the living-dining area, from which you reach the large southwest-facing balcony with a wonderful view of the Palatinate Forest.
The fireplace in the lovingly furnished living area invites you to cozy evening hours.
In the upper area there are two double beds in each separate room.
Visitors can decide whether they want to self-cater in the cozy and fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer) or venture on a culinary journey in the Palatinate and try out the surrounding winery farms and restaurants.
The spacious outdoor area is completely fenced (1 meter height) and offers dogs a free outlet.
Arrival and departure always Saturdays (deviations possibly after consultation outside the main seasons).
The rental price includes towels, bed linen and water consumption, as well as Internet use and telephony within Germany to landline.
Your personal consumption of gas and electricity will be deducted on your departure.
The rental deposit of € 200.00 is payable in cash on arrival.
Pets, especially dogs, are welcome and are priced at € 49 / week per pet.
For the optional final cleaning we charge a fee of 75 €. You also have the choice on your arrival to clean the house according to your needs.
Woodburning for the fireplace is available at an additional cost.
