· AC is available via split units in select rooms: Pool Room, Family Room, Dining Room, Theater Room, Restaurant/Lounge, Bedroom 1, Bedroom 9, and Bedroom 10. Units are remote-controlled and also serve as supplemental heat.
· All other areas are heated via radiant and baseboard heating with digital thermostats.
· Please keep windows and doors closed while heating or AC systems are running.
· There are 5 indoor fireplaces. Firewood is not currently provided.
· An outdoor fire pit is available at the rear of the property. Please check local forest fire risk before use.
· The pool is professionally cleaned weekly.
· Trash pickup is every Friday. Main dumpster (refuse + recycling combined) is located outside near the garage.
