A dream of a holiday home. Plenty of room for a six-headed family (with children up to eight) but also for up to three couples, peace and plenty to experience round the world! The holiday home 'Alter Deich 7' is located in the beautiful Dithmarschen only a few kilometers from Büsum, Husum and St. Peter Ording and with a direct dyke view and thus fresh sea air.
The original settlement house from the 1930s has been family property since 1980 and has just been completely renovated, renovated and extensively remodeled.
We have rebuilt and furnished the house as we would like to live, no trace of ugly or cheap holiday house equipment, no trace of the outside hui, inside pfui!

A cozy sofa and two armchairs provide enough space to relax.

The dining room is the center of the house. There is a large dining table with space for 10, comfortable chairs, baby chairs for all ages (a total of three, including trip trap with baby attachment) and a wireless radio with which you can really receive any radio transmitter in the world.
Kitchen:
The kitchen has been completely rebuilt. Next to the washing machine and the dishwasher is a small refrigerator, a Senseo coffee maker and an induction oven with electric hot-air oven. The kitchen is fully equipped with enough dishes and cutlery, sharp knives, spices, blender, waffle iron, and much more. In the house next to the kitchen is a large fridge-freezer, a new clothes dryer and storage space for supplies. From here you can also get into the new shed.
Bathroom 01:
The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating, a towel radiator, washing table, toilet and a very large walk-in shower (no step!) with 60 x 60 cm large reed thrust head.
Bedroom 01:
The first bedroom is on the ground floor of the house. It has enough closet space, a 26 inch LED TV and a 2 by 2 meter double bed with new cold foam mattresses (H3) and low allergenic synthetic down comforters.

The upstairs bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet. The bathroom is also equipped with underfloor heating.
Bedroom 02:
In the second bedroom there is a 1.8 by 2 meter double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a 40-inch 3D LED TV (a total of 4 3D glasses in the house).
Bedroom 03:
The third bedroom has two single beds (can be put together) and a children's travel bed. Another children's travel cot is available as well as a full-sized folding bed. There is also a 40-inch LED TV.
shed:
The shed we have completely rebuilt. Here you will find bicycles (1 beachcruiser, 1 mointainbike, 2 women's bicycles, 3 children's bicycles), cart, kettcar, a huge bouncy castle (17qm).
Outside Area:
2 parking spaces, a large covered terrace, large gas grill, trampoline, sundeck on the Schuppendach (25sqm).
In the immediate vicinity there are adventure parks, beaches, horse farms, animal parks, indoor playgrounds, fun baths, seal stations, bicycle rental, quad rental, Segway tours, etc.
