Please note, you have to apply a good deal of force to lock the rails in place. Sometimes clicking the release button first before pulling the rails up, while applying downward pressure to the corners helps.
Parking:
There is free street parking on both sides of the street. There is also space alongside the home for mid or high clearance vehicles.
*Please no smoking. Additional $75 charge if the flip crews have to pick up cigarette butts for you.
PETS:
We are Pet Friendly!
We allow 2 pets with a pet fee of $50. We are happy to consider additional pets, just ask! We do not have species, breed, or size restrictions.
Your pet needs to be well behaved, and able to play well with others as there is another unit on this property.
The pet fee is for interior cleaning, and you will need to pick up any presents your pet deposits in the yard!
