The renovation was done with ecological clay building materials, which provide a healthy, chemical-free indoor climate. Especially beautiful are the two approx. 500 years old in Germany very rare plank ceilings, one of which is even hand-painted. You live, so to speak, in a small museum with a large kitchen, which is high quality and extensively equipped, modern solid wood furniture in country style and an exclusive bathroom with freestanding tub and spacious shower.
Your domicile is located below the Prussian Osterstein Castle in a quiet idyllic location, in the immediate vicinity of the Marienkirche and situated on the White Elster River. Nearby is the birthplace and a gallery worth seeing of the famous painter Otto Dix. The city center with cafes and restaurants and many other destinations can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
