Positive: Big flat, good condition. Plenty of space for clothes. Espresso machine with 4 already available coffee tablets. Enough plates and cups. There is some cookware. Clean modern bathroom. Not too far from the central railway station. Close to supermarkets.

Negative: The host does not answer at all: guests receive some templated messages before their check-in and that is it, then silence; WE HAD NO ACCESS TO THE WASHING MACHINE. Washing machines are located in the basement, but the basement is locked, guests need to know the code. To get in to the apartment guests need to open two doors entering 6-digit codes, different for each one, which could be extremely inconvenient. The bigger pan should be replaced and there's no lid of its size. Only one knife is available, one for bread, people wrote all this before, no reaction. The sofa in the living room looks broken. The bathroom is very small and the shell is tiny there. Hot and cold water are mixed up, so the toilet flushes hot water %) The tiny courtyard is not maintained: muddy, dumped with someone's stuff (wheels), rats are walking along the fence there, and that is all you can see through the windows in two out of three rooms. One out of two windows in the bedroom is closed from outside for unknown reasons.
