Idyllically situated in the middle of the forest and only approx. 40 m from the Havel, the owner's permanently installed caravan for up to 4 people stands on the lovingly landscaped plot of approx. 1,200 square metres. The small district with only a handful of inhabitants is an ideal holiday destination for nature lovers and is located around 3 km from Fürstenberg, where there are numerous shopping and dining options. Beautiful bathing lakes can be reached in approx. 10 minutes by bike.
The approx. 34 m² non-smoking caravan is equipped with two single beds, a functional kitchen (radio, gas cooker, fridge, microwave, mini oven, various small kitchen appliances, please note: no drinking water!), a seating and dining area (can be converted into two additional beds), a large awning (swing, dining table, sun loungers) and gas heating/air conditioning.
Outside there is a separate toilet, a small bathroom with shower and hairdryer and another kitchen area with dishwasher, induction hob and fridge-freezer. In addition, guests have access to the entire garden with various seating and sunbathing areas, a heated, covered outdoor pool, a barbecue area with fire bowl, a sauna, ample parking, fast WiFi and 4 bicycles (for a fee). The 46"" Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sky) can be used in the owners' conservatory.
The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy costs, bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Bicycle (on request) 4 EUR/bicycle/day. Pets are not allowed.

Picturesquely situated on three islands between Röblinsee, Baalensee and Schwedtsee, the town forms the heart of an extensive forest and lake area in the north of Brandenburg and offers the best conditions for an active, relaxing holiday. Fans of water sports will find hire stations for canoes, rowing boats and charter boats in Fürstenberg. You can take the tram to Templin, and there are shops, cafés and restaurants in the town. In addition to the direct connection via the B96 motorway, Fürstenberg can also be reached quickly and easily by train from Berlin at hourly intervals.
