Lake Kummerow with its harbour, a beautiful bathing beach, a snack bar and a hotel restaurant is approx. 1,500 m away.The approx. 35 sqm, centrally heated apartment, furnished with great attention to detail, has a separate entrance and insect screens on the windows and extends over two floors. In the lower area there is a cosy living room (sofa bed, dining table, flat screen TV), a separate kitchen (electric hotplates, mini oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, various small kitchen appliances) and the bathroom. (shower, WC, hairdryer). On the upper floor (PLEASE NOTE: steep room-saving staircase, low ceiling height!) there is a sleeping area with a double bed and (optically separated) two single beds.In addition, guests have access to a car park, bicycle storage room, barbecue, fire bowl and free Wi-Fi, various (partly covered) seating and lounging options in the spacious garden as well as a Tuscan-style fireplace corner.The total price includes final cleaning, electricity and water costs.
