Positive: The hotel was absolutely fantastic, and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I loved the personal touches and the availability of amenities. Antonia was able to arrange for a fantastic massage, and I spent much of the time relaxing in the beautiful indoor pool or the well appointed sauna. The location was great; it’s just outside of Velden. You definitely want a car, but it had a quiet, luxurious feel. There are plenty of activities (and alpacas!) The food was excellent; half board includes breakfast and dinner, and is meticulously curated each day. I highly recommend the stay, and will be coming back next year!
