Positive: The staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean and calm, and I really liked the environment. It didn’t feel like a typical hotel—more like a home with a nice design. The breakfast was perfect.

Negative: My room was very small. There was no water or refrigerator in the room. There was no elevator to access the second floor—only stairs. There was also no phone in the room to contact the reception. There were no toothbrushes or personal care items provided. The hotel was about 20 minutes from the airport, but not toward Vienna; it was located in a village near Vienna.
