Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Former youth hostel. Not new, but well kept and excellent value for money. Very large bathroom. Location is excellent for hiking, local wellness bath is within walking distance.

Negative: WLAN is not fast, but I think this is due to the village connection, not the hotel‘s service.

Summary: Great budget place at the edge of Altenau.
