Travel Purpose: business

Positive: While not as pristine nature as the Hochschwarzwald, the town of Weisendorf & the whole way along the river Murg has interesting views - historic villages, beautiful half-timbered houses, the rushing river & the local industry. Hotel Grüner Baum has not only good views of the river, but lies centrally in town. Breakfast is good, the Italian restaurant is typical South Italian thanks to the owners being from Apulia.

Negative: Some black mold in the corners of the room. Possibly due to the proximity to the river & especially the extremely wet spring this year - but also something, which simple cleaning w diluted bleach could easily remove.

Summary: Good trip to the Murgtal
